    These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through the website www.ocobike.ch .

    PRICES:

    All prices are inclusive of VAT. www.ocobike.ch reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices are indicated in CHF.

    Orders made before the price change will not be affected and will be billed at the exact price indicated when ordering.

    PAYMENT:

    DELIVERY:

    For logistical reasons, we only deliver in Switzerland.

    The information given by the buyer when taking orders engage him.     If a parcel is returned by the post office concerned because of insufficient or inaccurate address, and the customer requests the refund of the corresponding order, the amount to be reimbursed by www.ocobike.ch is calculated by subtracting the shipping costs of the total paid by the customer (mention "TOTAL" on the corresponding delivery note).

    RESPONSIBILITY:

    www.ocobike.ch can not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from poor distribution of postal services. www.ocobike.ch reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order or deemed risky or fraudulent. The seller, in the process of selling online, is bound only by an obligation of means; it can not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, break of the service, or other involuntary problems.

    This site is subject to the laws of Switzerland and Neuchâtel and in case of dispute, only the courts of Switzerland and Neuchâtel are competent. If you, a third party, or www.ocobike.ch . must institute legal proceedings to enforce these terms and conditions, the case will be examined by the courts of Switzerland and Neuchâtel, and you will have to accept the jurisdiction of the courts.
